Coffee provides an endless variety of pleasures. We have put together a small selection of coffee specialties that MACCHIAVALLEY's technology can help you brew with excellent results. Be inspired and ask about our proven barista courses!

  • Café Ristretto
    An extra-strong, "short" espresso, prepared with a higher proportion of grounds and applying greater pressure.
  • Café Lungo
    A longer, less strong espresso, brewed with more water.
  • Corretto
    An espresso with a shot of alcohol, e.g. amaretto, grappa or brandy.
  • Latte Macchiato
    Hot milk, an espresso and frothed milk in equal proportions in a glass, ideally in three distinct layers.
  • Cappuccino
    One third each of espresso, hot milk and frothed milk, prepared in a cup.
  • Café Latte
    A cappuccino with a larger quantity of milk, prepared in a large mug.
